This Privacy Policy explains how Polykarpos Lappas (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Space Hover mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

The App has no sign-in and no passwords. Your Space Hover “account” is a player profile made of the nickname you choose and an anonymous player ID.

Information you provide

Username / nickname — the name you choose for the leaderboard. It is optional (if you leave it empty you play as “Space Iris”) and it is shown publicly on the leaderboard together with your score.
Purchases — when you buy something in the App, the transaction is handled by Google Play Billing. The App receives confirmation of the purchase (e.g., which item, a purchase token) but never your payment card details.

Information collected automatically

Anonymous player identifier — a random ID generated and stored on your device to link your leaderboard entry and mission progress. It is not tied to your real-world identity.
Gameplay data — your high score and mission progress are stored in Google Firebase for the leaderboard and missions. Your other progress (such as in-game currency and unlocked vehicles) is stored only on your device.
Advertising data (Google AdMob) — to show ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects: your device’s advertising ID and app set ID; your IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate location; interactions such as app launches, taps and ad views; and diagnostic information about app and SDK performance. Google uses this data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention (see Section 3).

We do not collect your real name, email address (unless you email us), phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the App and its features (leaderboards, missions, progression).
To display advertising and offer in-app purchases.
To keep the leaderboard fair and to prevent fraud and abuse.
To diagnose issues and improve the App.

3. Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can choose personalized or non-personalized ads and change your choice later from the App's privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. 4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase (cloud storage for the leaderboard and missions) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Play Billing (purchases) — policies.google.com/privacy

5. Data Storage & Security

Information is stored on your device and on secure cloud services operated by the providers listed above. All data the App sends is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We keep your leaderboard entry and mission data until you delete them (see Section 7). Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the App or clear its data.

7. Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Space Hover player account and the data associated with it at any time, in either of these ways:

In the app

Open Space Hover and tap Settings.
In the Account section, tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your leaderboard entry (username and score), your mission data and your player profile are deleted permanently.

Without the app (by email)

Email spacehover06@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Space Hover data” and your in-game username. We will delete your leaderboard entry and mission data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is not deleted by us

Purchase records kept by Google Play under Google’s privacy policy.
Advertising data processed by Google AdMob under Google’s privacy policy — you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To delete your data, see Section 7. For any other request or question, contact us at spacehover06@gmail.com.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the third-party providers above. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
